During Ordinary Time we acknowledge the blandness of our life. There are few big celebrations. We work at being faithful to God.
Throughout the season the Sacred Scriptures will help us understand the life of Jesus and how our ordinary lives can be expressions of God's great love for us. The season is marked by feasts and solemnities that draw our attention to various saints - holy men and women who have lived their faith live in a way that inspires others. Let us continue to share our faith and pray for the ability to leave behind a legacy of love and forgiveness.
Now is a good time to read the Bible - Try reading the Gospel of St. Luke which shares with us the story of Jesus and his efforts to make known God's great love.
Going to Confession
If you would like to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation please call our Parish Office and make an appointment with Fr. Doug!
